DEPRO Inovaţie is assisting various clients to develop and implement projects in the following priority areas of intervention included in the Human resource Development Programme:

• Access and quality in pre-university and higher education.
• Development of higher education programmes (new areas for master and doctoral programmes, international cooperation).
• Teacher and other educational staff training, continuous vocational training and life-long learning,
• Increasing adaptability of workers and enterprises though promoting an entrepreneurial culture and increased adaptability, development of partnerships and promoting social partners and civil society initiatives.
• Promoting active employment measures and long term sustainability of rural areas
• Social inclusion for the most vulnerable groups (people in rural areas, Roma, persons with disabilities, young people who have left the child protection system).
